About The Author
Joan Small A.U.A. spent more than 20 years in the nutrition industry helping others regain health and energy.
She served as a counsellor for the Australian Breastfeeding Association as well as being a wife, mother, teacher and taking on various other careers and community activities. She has handled negativity in her own life, recovered from breast cancer and other health issues, and has done extensive research into energy, as well as researching negativity and how to handle it.
As a writer, in 2004 Joan conducted surveys, did extensive research and wrote 'The Energy Book for Life - the Guidebook to Energized Living'
